Job descriptions of Product Managers
1.) Research the needs of all the Players in the Private Education Ecosystem namely Private Schools, Parents, Students, Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff;
2.) Draft and Design Student Financial Aid Products according to the Researched Market Needs and Demand;
3.) Design General Use Case and Workflow of the Student Financial Aid Product or Service and the Platform(s) it is offered on and or by;
4.) Contribute to the Drafting and the Regular Editing of the T’s and C’s of the Designed Student Financial Aid Products;
5.) Research Demand for the Designed Student Financial Aid Products;
6.) Carry out Price Discovery for the Designed Student Financial Aid Products;
7.) Design and Frequently Redesign as and at when needed and due the Comprehensive Market Strategy, Policy, and Guidelines for the Designed Student Financial Aid Products;
8.) Design and Frequently Redesign as and at when needed and due to the Comprehensive Sales Strategy, Policy, and Guidelines for the Designed Student Financial Aid Products;
9.) Comprehensively Execute to the Letter and beyond the Comprehensive Market Strategy, Policy, and Guidelines for the Designed Student Financial Aid Products;
10.) Comprehensively Execute to the Letter and beyond the Comprehensive Sales Strategy, Policy, and Guidelines for the Designed Student Financial Aid Products;
11.) Build a Division/Team around the Student Financial Aid Product for the Execution of the Effective and Comprehensive Management of the relevant Student Financial Aid Product(s) under your Management;
12.) Recruit as and at when needed and due Persons to fill in positions of Assistantship, Delegated, Assigned, and Deputyship in the Student Financial Aid Product Division/Team;
13.) Direct and Lead the Student Financial Aid Product Division/Team Members under your Leadership to perform Assistantship, Delegated, Assigned, and Deputyship Roles in your Execution of the Role of Student Financial Aid Services Product Manager;
14.) Meet and Comply with Every Target, Mandate, Goal, and Deadline set by Company Management for the Product Manager of the Student Financial Aid Product;
15.) Partner and Liaise with other Divisions and Teams within the organization as and at when needed or due for the Purpose of Efficiently Executing the Duties of Product Manager;
16.) Propose, Receive Company Approval, and Execute the Approval to Partner and Liaise Company with other Corporate, Legal, Statutory, and Institutional Organisations as and at when needed or due for the Purpose of Efficiently Executing All the Duties, Targets, Mandates, and Goals of the Product Manager;
17.) Propose Ideas and Solutions to help Company Meet and Surpass every All and Form of Company Objective, Goal, and Target;
18.) Propose Ideas and Solutions to help Company Meet and Surpass every All and Form of Company Objective, Goal, and Target relating to the Student Financial Aid Product under your Management;
19.) Provide in-house Counsel, Advice, Guidance, and Foresight by constantly conducting Risks and Opportunities Assessment for and of the Student Financial Aid Product under your Management, and for and of the Student Financial Aid Product Division/Team under your Leadership, and for and of the Company;
20.) Report to, Carry along, and seek support from the Head of Operations, The Chief Executive Officer, and the Direct Supervisor of the Product Manager on every Matter;
21.) Carry out every other Duty as assigned or delegated to you.
Mode of Work:
1.) The Successful Candidates will work 100% Remotely from home and may occasionally have cause to travel to various States of the Nigerian Federation and West African Countries on Official Duties;
2.) The Successful Candidates are allowed to have a Personal Entrepreneurship Endeavour as long as the Endeavour would not in any manner affect the Performance and Optimum, Efficacious, and Prompt Discharge of this Job; and as long as there will be no Conflict of interest Legally and in whatever shape or form including as relating to the Company’s Intellectual Property Protection.
6 Months in Any Field of Practice or Human Endeavour (NYSC Experience will count as Acceptable Experience).
Salary Plus Commission.
1.) Each of The Successful Candidates will earn a Commission-Only Remuneration only within the Probationary Period;
2.) At the End of the Probationary Period, the Successful Candidates will be Migrated from a “Commission-Only” Remuneration Package to a “Salary Plus Commission” Remuneration Package;
3.) The Successful Candidates’ Commission-Only Remuneration Packages will be paid in Daily Accrued Commission to be Settled to the Successful Candidates at the End of Every Month;
4.) Total Annual Commission Value will not be less than Two Million Naira Annually and wherever it falls below Two Million Naira (₦2,000,000) at the end of each 12 Months Period, the Company will make up for the Shortfall in Direct Payment;
5.) Total Annual Commission may be Capped at a Maximum of Five Million Naira (₦5,000,000) Annually;
6.) The Successful Candidates’ Annual Salary Post Probationary Period will be Three Million Naira Only (₦3,000,000) Annually and will be inclusive of Personal Income Tax, Withholding Tax, Pension RSA, Statutory Staff Insurance, Statutory Health Insurance, and Statutory Mortgage;
7.) The Probationary Period of each of the Jobs is an initial period of 6 months;
8.) The T’s and C’s of the Jobs will be subject to Review without Notice.
