Pedro has more than 15 years experience in Human Resources Strategy and Management, he has his first Degree in Economics with a Masters degree in Managerial Psychology from University of Lagos.

Lawrence is an Innovator and has founded and co-founded companies that are operational in the areas of Education, Finance, Shopping Mart and ICT all aimed at improving quality of these sectors.

Has years of working experience in the field of Human Resources, Estate Management, Outsourcing, that span Oil and Gas, Broadcasting, Real Estate and Construction. He has spent the last 9 years in senior Human Resources positions.
